RECIOTO DELLA VALPOLICELLA DOCG - Classico 2015

Excellent dessert wine with a red intense purple color, velvety, warm with cherry flavor. Traditionally served with local dry cakes and biscuits. The grapes have been dried for 4 months. The wine has a 10 month aging in the frech oak barrel.Round, full and velvety on the palate. It’s the sweet version of Amarone, it shares the same production method for the drying of the grapes, however, ferments differently in that the process is interrupted before all the sugar turns into alcohol. A very concentrated wine. Vintage: 2010 Grapes: CORVINA, CORVINONE, RONDINELLA Alcohol content: 13.5%
