Tasting Notes: This Chianti wine is made in the coolest area of Chianti Colli Fiorentini district and it distinguishes itself thanks to its delicate, yet intense smell of violet and wild berries. It is a very easy matching wine, thanks to its versatility, it goes well with salami, cheeses, grilled meats, and all typical Tuscan dishes. It is highly recommended to be served chilled and matched with Cacciucco and seafood in tomato sauces.
