All prices are net and subject to stock on hand unless we mention otherwise. All orders are subject to our acceptance and we may refuse any order at our discretion. Although it rarely happens, prices are subject to change without notice, both up and down. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

HANDLING AND SHIPPING COST : For delivery in CALIFORNIA we apply a flat rate of 20$ for shipping and handling each 12 bottles (or less than 12 bottle). We do collect sales taxes in California. For out of state delivery we apply a 40$ flat fee each 12 bottles  ( or less than 12 bottle). We usually  process your orders in 2-4 business days, please be patient if it takes a little longer. We do offer rock bottom pricing and to do so we have little overhead. We do ship GLS in California and few western States, and FEDEX ground for the rest of the US

Wines on this website are sold by THE ITALIAN WINE TRADER LLC, a fully licensed California based importer and wholesaler ( ABC license types 09/17/20  number 508398).

Wines may be sold only to persons at least 21 years of age. By placing an order, you are warranting to us that you are 21 years of age. Any order placed by someone under 21 constitutes fraud

Wines may be delivered only to persons at least 21 years of age. Our shipping agents will require a signature of someone at least 21 years of age at the time of delivery. Valid ID may be required. If the wine is returned to us for failure to provide positive proof of age, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping charges.

Due to individual state restrictions we currently cannot ship to these states: Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, Utah, Kentucky, North Dakota, Illinois, Iowa, Maryland & Pennsylvania.
